Your Data, Your Control — Account Deletion

If you'd like to delete your TerraFlow account, there are three ways to do it depending on your role.

Option 1 — Email us directly

Send a request to support@terraflow.ca from the email address associated with your account. Include your name and organization. We'll process the deletion and confirm by email.

Option 2 — Ask your organization or user admin

If your organization has a TerraFlow admin or user administrator, they can delete your account directly through the user administration system. This is the fastest option for most users.

Option 3 — Organization-wide removal (for org admins)

If you are the organization administrator and want to remove all users and data associated with your organization, email support@terraflow.ca with your request. We'll work with you to ensure everything is removed completely.


What happens when your account is deleted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from the TerraFlow platform within 7 days of your request. There is no retention period — once deleted, the data is gone.
